What's the TIPA Course?

TIPA (Trauma Informed Pilates Approach) is an online digital course for Pilates Instructors to learn and understand the impacts of trauma on a person and on a Pilates session.

This course is designed to apply the trauma informed framework specifically to teaching Pilates. Featuring 6 Core Modules with specific focus areas to take you step-by-step through this immersive learning process.

Beth Sandlin, NPCT, is the founder of Trifecta Training Institute and the Trauma Informed Pilates Approach Continuing Education Course.

She has a Comprehensive Pilates certification with BASI Pilates and studied directly with Rael Iscowitz, and has been teaching since 2004. Beth has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Education with an emphasis in Human Movement.

She has been incorporating Trauma Informed best practices into teaching Pilates since 2014 and is passionate about creating a culture of support and transformation for survivors of trauma.

Beth has been featured on Pilates Unfiltered Podcast and is the founder of Trifecta Pilates.
