2004 - 2011
After graduating from College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health Education, Beth exclusively taught Pilates for several years in private Pilates Studios, on a college campus, in Physical Therapy offices and at Recreation Centers. She also coordinated and taught special Pilates workshops such as Pilates for Back Discomfort and was an assistant teacher for Karen Clippenger.
2011 - 2016
Feeling the urge to bring Pilates to more people and use her Health Education degree, she left the Pilates Studio to pursue College Health. Beth continued teaching mat Pilates, coordinated a Mind Body Fitness Program and facilitated Health Education events and outreach. It was during this time that she started to research and apply using a Trauma Informed while teaching Pilates.
2016 - 2019
Served as the Assistant Director for Educational Services, coordinated LGTBQIA+ Inclusive Trainings and taught academic Pilates classes. She also taught Health Education classes through a Trauma Informed and Social Justice framework.
During this time Beth also founded Trifecta Pilates offering free YouTube Classes, an online membership and developed the TIPA Course.
2020 - Present
In a full circle moment, Beth stepped out of College Health to step full time into the Pilates field again with her online offerings. In 2021 she plans on offering a TIPA Mat Course for people who would like to teach Pilates Mat Classes.
